Bob Peralta is a fantastic Real Estate Agent. I was in a pretty desperate situation and didn't wish to just give up and lose everything. Bob came in and gave me better options and helped me sell my home. It was no easy task as I was stressed out and I would say more than a little difficult. Selling a home can be a very stressful process. It is not as simple as putting up a for sale sign; getting the home advertised online, and then the home ends up selling itself! However, the process becomes much easier when you have an experienced, trustworthy, and knowledgeable professional systemically walking with you through every step along the way. Bob and his team are like surgeons in all phases of the transaction such as making suggestions in preparing the home for sale, marketing, contract negotiations, working with title/escrow, and skillfully working with buyers, their agents, and their lenders in communicating and finding ways for them to purchase the home. We very much appreciated Bob timely updates via text, phone, text, and email. Allowing us to sign documents securely and electronically online was a great benefit.

From our first meeting with Bob to the moment we received our keys we felt at ease, well informed, and taken care of. Purchasing a home can be intimidating for anyone, but Bob truly made the process much easier than we could have ever anticipated. Bob is genuinely an honest and trustworthy resource during that stressful time when your looking to buy or sell a home. He is active is the community and you can see him and his wife riding bikes around the neighborhood and always stopping to say hi. It’s so rare to get personal attention but he always delivers. I had worked with Bob over the years on the lending side and it was always a pleasure. Now our little girls love being able to chase after him just to say hi 👋
